2. Description of ServiceThis platform provides tiered access to AI personas (Lexia, Orbis, Prisma, Sentinel, Aether), each designed for unique functions such as knowledge synthesis, ethics, creativity, and strategic insight. Access is based on your selected membership level.

Use the service for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes.
Attempt to extract AI data or models for commercial replication.

4. Intellectual PropertyAll AI characters, designs, and system logic are owned by THE EMBC NETWORK. “Human-AI Network” and all related personas are protected under copyright and trademark.
5. Subscription & PaymentSubscriptions are managed via PayPal. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not issued after payment unless required by law.
6. TerminationWe reserve the right to suspend access if Terms are violated or misuse is detected.
7. DisclaimerWhile our AI partners provide valuable insight, they are not substitutes for human professionals in legal, medical, or financial matters. Use AI responses responsibly.
8. ModificationsWe may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use implies agreement with the updated terms.

Subscription & Payment

All Human-AI Network memberships are securely processed through PayPal. By subscribing, you agree to the selected plan's terms and recurring billing structure.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your PayPal account, navigating to “Payments” → “Manage Automatic Payments,” and selecting “THE EMBC NETWORK.” No cancellation requests need to be made through our platform.

Refunds are not issued once payment is processed unless required by law. You are responsible for managing your subscription status via PayPal.
